Okay – so this is very delayed, but Red and I had the pleasure to go to a Valima (Muslim wedding reception) to celebrate our friend Fahd’s marriage to Faiza!

Congratulations to the beautiful couple!

I’ve also taken the time to highlight Part I of our summer in D.C.  I will start with the fact that one of the greatest benefits of living there was spending time with Scott and Elizabeth!

I also had the unexpected pleasure of seeing my fomer college roommate, REILLY DAMPEER! 

She looks incredible, as always, and could probably lift a car with those biceps.

So we had a great time seeing her and then…oh wait, WHAT?  Cameron Wilson showed up?

That’s right folks.  The night was full of magic as Cameron Wilson, another Santa Clara buddy, GUESSED where we were and showed up to celebrate how awesome Reilly is.

Finally, I broke down and made myself a real live YouTube account, so you can see our awesome videos.  Here is one of the rainout at the Nationals versus Orioles game.  I totally caught some crazy lightening bolts!

Speaking of horrific weather, the onslaught of Hurricane Hanna is hitting us as I type!  Pretty incredible!
