They WON the Battle of the Bands competition and get to move on to to the regionals! Thank you to everyone who voted. You not only helped them, but you helped me get through finals!
We got to see another OUTSTANDING performance at Fat Baby in NYC last night. The crowd was wild and the place was PACKED, which is pretty incredible for a 7 p.m. show on a Wednesday.
Here they are rocking it up!
I made it through finals and we are on our way to Seattle tomorrow. One quick story before I go: so Red puts a present for me under the tree and I start feeling guilty because I didn’t really get him anything good. So I panic, and I order him a digital camera online. Anyway, the digital camera comes and when I wrap it, I start thinking that it is almost the same weight and shape as my present. So I comment on this to Red and even though we weren’t supposed to open presents yet, we couldn’t stand the anticipation. Sure enough…
Sure enough, we both got each other the same digital camera. I guess what they say about great minds is true…
